Insurance & Payment Options for Therapy in Michigan

We accept most major insurance plans. Attunigrate is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, Aetna, Priority Health, and UnitedHealthcare.

Most clients using insurance pay a copay between $25 and $75 per session, depending on their plan. We verify your exact cost before your first session so there are no surprises.


Private pay is $150 per session with most of our therapists, $175 with Dr. Leija.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

FAQ's

You don't need to. That's our job. Tell us what's going on in your first session and we'll recommend an approach and explain why.

No. All sessions are virtual, which means you can see us from anywhere in Michigan.

It depends on what you're working on. Most clients start weekly and we reassess at six weeks. Some concerns resolve in a few months. Deeper trauma work takes longer, and we'll be honest with you about that.

Yes, at any time, and you don't need to justify it. Fit matters more than continuity.
